The Knife, “Heartbeats”

I was in the mood for this song. The Swedish duo’s synthesized sound reminds me of the ’80s, which makes this song fun to listen to while driving (I like to turn it up really, really loud). There is a really beautiful cover of this song, performed by Jose Gonzalez, that I’ll throw up on here tomorrow so you all can hear the vast difference of creativity. It’s a lover’s song, and will probably make it on my Valentine’s Day list that I’m compiling for Sunday’s post.
