Young The Giant, “My Body”

I wanted to share this song with you all, because I listened to it about 20 or so consecutive times today. This track is off Young The Giant’s self-titled debut album, which comes out Oct. 26. When I first heard this song in my truck, I turned up the volume and quickly got sucked in to the chorus. I love when songs catch your attention the first time you ever hear it. Curious to what else this Southern California band had to offer, I checked out their MySpace page, which has “I Got” and “Strings” for your listening pleasure. I think their album is going to be solid.

If you are thinking about getting the album, act fast. Here’s why: According to the band’s Web site, if you pre-order the album off of iTunes and e-mail them your receipt and phone number, they will personally call you to thank you for the purchase. Sounds pretty cool, right? I am a big fan of personal touches that show fan appreciation.
